Spring in the Park

Park sessions are always fun! The kids are in good spirits and it’s fun to capture their true play behavior. Capturing a posed shot is a bonus.

We have some great natural attractions out here in the high desert and the poppy reserve is really special. Although no poppies were blooming at this time we had a fun mini hike and observed thousands of caterpillars crossing the dirt paths that will be soon butterflies. poppy-9678

My son’s school has a cute pup that each child gets to take home for a night. We get to capture the moment by writing a quick story about their time together and take a photo of them together.

Happy 2nd Birthday Adelynne!

Today is my daughter’s second birthday! She is so amazing, smart, beautiful, funny and independent. I cannot wait for her to grow up and have many adventures with her.

I’m so excited I got to photograph my beautiful cousin’s maternity photos! We have always been so close and at this stage in our lives don’t see each other very much so I am so happy I got to help her commemorate this exciting time in her life! I’m so excited for her and her family and can’t wait to meet her little bundle.
